Abstract Contains trip notes about Dasgupta’s visits to Dalma, Ajanta-Ellora, Sikkim, Kalimpong, Shillong, Yercaud, and Simlipal between 1990-1991 including description of journeys, lists of visited sites, animal sightings, flora, and fauna along with a few herbarium samples; notes on several works on photography, documentary making, and television production. There are several press clippings, and handwritten newspaper abstracts on various subjects including ecology, environment, travels, economy etc. glued on the page; notes and remarks on various works focusing on tiger conservation, tiger behaviour, dated entries of tiger sightings in various reserves in India; lists of various bird species sighted in Seijosa, Assam and Chilka, Odisha in 1996, printed map of Bishnath/ Biswanath District of Assam is kept in the notebook.
